Greenhills Promenade with Hon

Last Sunday after church and small group I met with Deniece in Greenhills Promenade. We ended up having a mini food splurge.

Deniece bought thee cute mini cupcakes from cupcake lab. Each mini cupcake costs about 25 pesos. She bought one red velvet and one peanut butter mini cupcake. We shared them. Both cupcakes were super yummy! They were both so moist and tasty. The red velvet cupcake really was velvety and had just the right amount of cocoa. The peanut butter cupcake had chunks of peanut butter in it, which I loved. The icing was too sweet for me though.

Since Cupcake Lab was just a stall in Promenade, we sat in Xocolat, and had to order there too. I ordered the Hot Mocha Rush. It's listed under the "Skinny Xocolat" section, so it's supposed to have less fat. It didn't taste like that at all! It was thick and rich. It's more on the bitter side, but I liked it. It wasn't served hot enough though so i asked them to heat it again.

Deniece opted for a cold drink, which is funny because she's sick and her throat is sore. That's Deniece for you. :)) She looked like she enjoyed her drink, but she wasn't able to finish it.

We ordered pasta, but decided to split it. We had the Xocolat Chicken pasta which was just pasta with cream and chocolate. It was okay. Nothing groundbreaking. The chicken was super dry that I didn't even eat it.

We didn't get our salty fix yet so we bought Potato Ribbon from Potato Tornado! We had the Junior size which cost 60 pesos, but andami na niya! The chips were freshly made, as in they cut and fry the potato while you wait. We loved the chips, but eventually they're nakakaumay.

It was a good thing that we decided to go shopping afterwards, so we were able to burn a little of the calories we consumed. Deniece bought an outfit for her outing/shooting the following day. She bought shoes, socks, and a crop top. I ended up buying pink flats. :D

Greenhills is love! <3 p="">
